TradeUpWizard provides tools and information related to CS2 (Counter-Strike 2) trade ups, including trade-up calculators, tracking features, and curated trade-up suggestions. Our Service is designed to assist users in making informed decisions about in-game trade ups.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must log in using your Steam account. By logging in, you authorize us to access your public Steam profile information (display name, avatar, and Steam ID). You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Premium Subscriptions

TradeUpWizard offers premium subscription plans with additional features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you select.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price changes take effect.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you believe you are entitled to a refund.

5. No Guarantee of Profit

TradeUpWizard provides tools and data to help inform your trade-up decisions. However, we make no guarantees regarding profitability or outcomes. CS2 item prices fluctuate and trade-up results are inherently probabilistic. You acknowledge that:

• All trade-up data, profit estimates, and success rates are approximations based on market data at the time of calculation.
• Skin prices can change rapidly and without warning.
• Past performance of a trade-up does not guarantee future results.
• You are solely responsible for any trade ups you choose to perform in-game.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or systems.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service without our written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Resell, redistribute, or publicly share premium content or features.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software) are the property of TradeUpWizard and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. CS2 game assets and trademarks are the property of Valve Corporation.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Steam (for authentication) and Stripe (for payments). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any data, trade-up calculations, or price information provided through the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeUpWizard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of the Service. This includes any losses incurred from trade ups performed based on information provided by the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. If you have an active premium subscription, termination for cause may result in forfeiture of remaining subscription time.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. The "Last updated" date will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
